“Nothing could have made our week better. We had a wonderful, engaging, charming crew of four for our 8 passenger group. The Canal du Midi is beautiful. We passed thru picturesque towns and miles and miles of pastures and vineyards. Simon, our chef, prepared wonderful meals – lunch and dinner were always artfully plated.
My greatest pleasant surprise on the trip was all of the activities and excursions; none of which cost extra. We walked the streets of an ancient village, visited an historic abbey with fabulous blooming gardens, we visited oyster, truffle, and olive farms. We toured Carcassonne. We had a gourmet dinner off the boat one night. And a jazz trio entertained us onboard another night.
Your recommendations in suggesting and planning were perfect. Train to Barcelona and flight home was the perfect ending to our European vacation.Thank you, Ruth.”
